Women need to start thinking “sexy” thoughts. This is a learned activity for most busy, middle-aged women whose lives are filled to the brink with everything else.
Contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t take a candlelit dinner or a bodice-ripping romance novel to get the average female thinking lusty thoughts. In fact, some of us are contemplating X-rated interludes while on the elliptical at the gym, while stuck in traffic, or even while on the couch during our favorite TV shows. And that’s a very good thing. Go ahead, indulge in a quick fantasy about the bag boy while you’re waiting on line at the grocery store — exploring your own imaginative hot zone keeps you connected to your sexual self, even when your real sex life is in a cool phase.
According to the UK Daily Record:
WOMEN think about sex up to 34 times in an average working day, according to a survey.
That works out at the equivalent of once every 14 minutes.
The amount of time spent fantasizing is perhaps less surprising given that one in three women complained she does not get enough action between the sheets.
Now this information was later shown to be skewed by young and single women, whereas women in monogamous relationships were shown to think a lot less about sex.
Time to revamp your thoughts. Heat up your senses with some steamy books, secret imagination sessions and five minutes of “me-feel” time.
Let your mind wander, open up to your sexuality. You might be surprised at how fast those buried passions rise to the surface!
